Orders Processing
All orders are handled and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and shipped via fully tracked courier services. Our selected carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, reliably deliver your items from our warehouse. Please note that processing times can differ depending on the brand—see below for any specific exceptions.
Order Confirmation:
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates that your order has been successfully received in our system and your credit card has been pre-authorized. After receiving your order, we immediately contact our suppliers to verify stock availability and readiness for shipment. If an item is backordered or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item(s) are in stock and ready to ship, we will finalize the charge and proceed with shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your item is available and payment has been processed, your order will be shipped within five business days from the order date. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not received tracking information within six business days, please contact us at support@japancoo.com.
No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply—if the website allows you to complete checkout and enter your shipping address, your order will be delivered. Certain products may also be available in Canada.)
Changing Address
If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to update the delivery address, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that address changes may cause delays. Any additional charges incurred from freight carriers due to the change will be the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions apply.
Shipping Times
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We ensure that our vendors are promptly notified of new orders so they can ship them as quickly as possible. However, if a customer cancels an order due to delays beyond the estimated timeframe, they will be responsible for all related shipping costs, fees, warehouse storage charges, and any other associated expenses. Customers who initiate chargebacks due to shipping delays may be held legally liable for theft. No exceptions apply.
Most orders are shipped within 3–5 business days. After shipment, delivery typically takes an additional 1–3 business days. (Estimated total delivery time: 6–8 business days)
Please be aware that shipping durations may vary depending on the brand and whether the item is made-to-order.
Shipping Options
Our standard “Curb-side” delivery is always free of charge. This option typically arrives within 6–8 days after your order has been placed. Additional delivery options are also available:
Threshold Shipping: The item is delivered to your porch, garage, or another covered area.
White Glove Delivery – This premium service includes delivery to your room of choice, light assembly if needed, and removal of all packaging materials from your home.
