My Japancoo will match or beat the lowest online price available for its products.
If you find a lower price for any item on our store, we will beat it by $50 for products priced above $2000. To qualify, you must provide valid proof of the lower price, such as a screenshot, invoice, or email.

If you discover another online retailer selling the same product at a lower price, let us know and we will refund the difference to your original payment method. You must complete your purchase on our website before submitting a price match request
Promotional offers such as rebates or buy-one-get-one deals are not eligible
The item must be currently in stock on the competitor’s website
The competitor must operate as an online-only store and not have a physical retail location
The website cannot be a discount or auction platform (such as eBay, Overstock, etc.)
Refund requests do not apply to limited-time annual promotions like Black Friday or Cyber Monday
The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product
The price match applies to the product price and shipping costs, but excludes sales tax
